Introduction

Info
⏱ Duration: ~30 min (pre-work) · 🎯 Goal: understand what this advanced track scales and get your environment and entitlements ready before Week 1.

You already rescued Elektra Rewards with Cowork. The CEO is convinced, and now hands you something bigger: scaling your department’s AI operation. This isn’t about you using Claude better —you already master that— it’s about your whole team working with standards, governance, and its own tools. This is an in-person, 4-week executive workshop, one 2-hour session per week, for directors coming from the basic track.

What this track scales

In the basic track you learned to hand assignments to Cowork. Here you make the leap from power user to leader of an AI operation:

  • You package your area’s knowledge into skills anyone on your team can reuse.
  • You put governance on automation: what runs on its own, with which approvals, and from where.
  • You build your own tools without depending on a developer.
  • You take an idea all the way to a visual prototype ready for the committee.

The 4-week map

  1. Week 1 — Skills and Plugins: you standardize your team. You build a skill (conversationally or by recording it) and distribute capabilities with plugins.
  2. Week 2 — Automate with governance: scheduled tasks in depth, your team’s mode policy (Manual/Auto/Skip), and Dispatch.
  3. Week 3 — Claude Code in the Desktop: you build your own tool —a KPI dashboard— with no terminal, reviewing each change in a diff.
  4. Week 4 — Claude Design: from brief to a visual prototype of “Elektra Rewards 2.0”, refinement, and export/handoff to Claude Code.

What you’ll build

By the end of the advanced track you take home four real deliverables from your own operation:

  1. A team skill — your area’s knowledge packaged and reusable (exercise: the “QBR Elektra” skill).
  2. A governed automated operation — a live scheduled task plus the mode policy written for your team.
  3. A tool of your own — an Elektra KPI dashboard built in Claude Code.
  4. A visual prototype — the “Elektra Rewards 2.0” landing page prototyped in Claude Design, ready to share or export.
Warning
All content in this workshop is fictional. Never use real data, PII, or customer data or commercially sensitive information at any point.

Start with the prerequisites on the next page: here plans and entitlements matter more than in the basic track.
