2.5 Session 2 Wrap-up
Info
⏱ Duration: ~15 min · 🎯 Goal: close the session checkpoint and set the bridge task toward Session 3 (Claude Code).
Today you moved from running every task to governing an automated operation: you left a live scheduled task, wrote your team’s mode policy, and understood Dispatch and native sub-agent coordination. Automation without governance is risk; you left it with rules.
Step 1 — Close the session checkpoint
Confirm you have all of this:
- A weekly scheduled task for Elektra KPIs live on your Scheduled page, with at least one on-demand run.
politica-de-modos.docxwith your tasks classified into Manual/Auto/Skip and the “money/messages/important files → Manual” rule.- You can explain the Manual/Auto/Skip matrix, deletion protection across all modes, and Dispatch’s safety chain.
Step 2 — For next week
Warning
Update Claude Desktop to the latest version before Session 3. Next week you build your first tool with Claude Code in the Desktop —no Node.js install, no terminal.
Bring a concrete idea for an internal tool or dashboard your division would use (for example, a KPI dashboard with traffic-light indicators). In Session 3 you’ll build it from scratch.
✅ Checkpoint
You have a live scheduled task and a written mode policy, you understand how to govern automation with the Manual/Auto/Skip matrix, and your Claude Desktop is updated to build with Code next week.
