Claude Advanced · Scale your department's AI operation

In the basic track you rescued "Elektra Rewards". Now the CEO hands you something bigger: scaling the AI operation across your whole department. You'll standardize how your team works with skills and plugins, automate with governance (scheduled tasks, modes, Dispatch), build your own tools with Claude Code, and produce committee-grade visual work with Claude Design. An in-person, 4-week program, one 2-hour session per week.

From using Cowork to running an AI operation

In the basic track you learned to hand assignments to Cowork. Here you level up: you stop being a power user and become the one who defines how the team works. You package your area’s knowledge into reusable skills, put governance rules on automation, build custom tools without writing code, and take an idea all the way to a committee-ready visual prototype.

Skills and Plugins: standardize your team

You package your department's knowledge into a reusable skill (built conversationally or recorded) and distribute capabilities to your team with plugins.

You schedule tasks that run on their own, define your team's mode policy (Manual/Auto/Skip), and get to know Dispatch to operate from your phone.

Claude Code: build without being a developer

In the Desktop Code tab you build your own tool —a KPI dashboard— with no terminal, reviewing every change in a diff before accepting it.

Claude Design: from prompt to prototype

With Claude Design you turn a brief into a visual prototype of the "Elektra Rewards 2.0" landing page, refine it, and export it or hand it off to Claude Code.

Start here

Before Session 1, complete the Introduction (~30 min of pre-work): the 4-week map, plan and entitlement prerequisites, and downloading materials. You need Claude Desktop installed and up to date on a paid plan from the very first session.
