4.4 Program wrap-up

Info
⏱ Duration: ~20 min · 🎯 Objective: consolidate the 4 advanced weeks, lock in governance habits, and close the full program (basic + advanced).

You started this track with a mandate from the CEO: scale your division’s AI operation. Now you standardize your team with skills and plugins, automate with governance, build your own tools in Claude Code, and produce committee-grade visual work in Claude Design. This is Week 4 of 4: the advanced track — and the full program — ends here.

Billing note

Info
Claude Design has no separate allowance: its usage counts toward your plan’s limits, shared with Chat, Claude Code, and Cowork. Plan it as part of the same usage budget, not as a separate quota.

Advanced track recap

Session What it covered What you produced
1 · Skills and Plugins Anatomy of a skill, conversational creation, Record a skill, plugins “Elektra QBR” skill + 1 installed plugin
2 · Automate with governance Scheduled tasks, Manual/Auto/Skip modes, Dispatch, sub-agents A live scheduled task + a written modes policy
3 · Claude Code in Desktop The 3 tabs, HTML dashboard with traffic lights, Code modes Working KPI dashboard, accepted via diff
4 · Claude Design Design system, brief→prototype, export + handoff “Elektra Rewards 2.0” prototype + export + bundle

Governance habits you take with you

  • Design system first: without it, output is generic; with it, your brand applies itself.
  • Manual before Auto: raise permission only when you trust the task; no Skip without approval.
  • Trust the whole chain: Dispatch and scheduled tasks take real actions — know what to revoke and when.
  • Only install what you trust: “Only install plugins from sources you trust” — local MCPs run with your permissions.
  • Close the design→code loop: what you prototype in Design gets built by your tool in Code.

Final quiz

3 closing questions
  1. Why set up the design system before generating? → Because without it the output is “functional but generic”; with it, every project reuses your brand automatically.
  2. How does a Claude Design design become real software? → With a handoff bundle you pass to Claude Code with a single instruction.
  3. Does Claude Design have its own usage quota? → No: it consumes your plan’s limits, shared with Chat, Code, and Cowork.

The full program: basic + advanced

Two tracks, eight weeks. In the basic track you went from using a chat to directing Claude as your COO: you rescued Elektra Rewards with professional deliverables, memory, and automatic reports. In the advanced track you scaled that into a team operation: shared skills and plugins, governed automation, your own tools in Code, and committee-grade prototypes in Design. From a chat to an AI system your division runs with governance.

Tip
The next step isn’t a course: it’s rollout. Share your skills and plugins with your first line, write your area’s modes policy, and let Design and Code close the design→product loop. Start small, with a flow you already know well.
